I joined Karl Hermans team at the beginning of June 2024—I love how involved the team is in the communities around their offices. I started with State farm in February of this year in my home state of IL. I moved to MN for a fresh start and more opportunities. I visited MN in June of last year to see family with my boyfriend, Colten and from then on, I was hooked.I have worked in the customer service industry since I was 16 years old. I started with an agent down in IL in February and choose Karl Herman’s office because we shared the same values of getting to know your customers and always asking questions. Previous to working in the insurance industry, I had a long 18-year career in the Salon Industry, being behind the chair or managing salons throughout Minnesota.
I have been living in Richfield with my husband Darren and 2 kids for the past 21 years. We LOVE Richfield! We take lots of trips to our cabin on the Whitefish Chain and love to host our friends and family there.

My name is Danielle, but I prefer Dani 😉 I recently got engaged and am getting married September 6th of 2026, I absolutely cannot wait! My fiancé’s name is Dylan, we’ve been together for 4 years. I am a thrill seeker, from skydiving to amusement parks to cliff jumping. I love being outside, whether it’s swimming or going for a walk or just relaxing with a cup of coffee. If I can’t be outside my next favorite things to do is nap and watch Expedition X 😎 I have a 1 year old daughter, Kenzee and a 9 year old (soon to be) step daughter, Blaikely. We love to be busy! I am also an animal mom, I have 1 dog, Jaycee and a cat that we always call kitty but his real name is Ashes. Family is everything to me, I have 5 sisters and 2 brothers.
